Client Projects & Deliverables

• Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment.
• Digital Saints retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless agreed otherwise.
• Any third-party tools, plugins, licenses, or platforms remain subject to their respective terms.
Payments & Fees
Payment terms, deposits, and schedules are outlined in individual client agreements. Unless otherwise stated:
Deposits are non-refundable.
Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Ongoing services (such as hosting or retainers) may be paused if invoices remain unpaid.
Digital Saints reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Digital Saints shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or performance metrics.
• We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, hosting failures, or software changes beyond our control.
All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Third-Party Services
Our website and client projects may integrate third-party services such as hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, or other platforms.
Digital Saints is not responsible for the policies, availability, or performance of third-party providers.
